From March 28 to 30, 2025, the 23rd China North International Bicycle & Electric Vehicle Exhibition (commonly known as the Tianjin Expo) kicked off grandly at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), sparking a wave of excitement across the industry.

Following the State Council’s executive meeting in April 2024, which launched a full-chain campaign to address safety hazards of electric bicycles, local governments across China have actively responded by successively introducing policies such as operational management regulations for EV charging and swapping facilities. Against this backdrop, the swapping exhibits presented by Phoenicia Technology at the Tianjin Expo captured the attention of many visitors and remained a highlight throughout the event.

The Low-Speed Mobility Big Data Platform drew significant attention. Since its launch in 2019, the platform has undergone over 300 iterative upgrades, served more than 600,000 battery packs, reached over 1.4 million users, and facilitated over 140 million battery swaps — fully demonstrating its powerful data processing capabilities and stable service performance.
On the hardware front, the exhibition featured intelligent swapping cabinets for both commercial and personal use. These cabinets support rapid deployment and flexible adaptation to different scenarios. Also on display was the intelligent BMS designed to safeguard batteries — particularly products tailored to the new GB standard market. The high-intelligence controller, purpose-built for low-speed swapping vehicles, made its debut and received widespread praise for its exceptional level of intelligence. This comprehensive product lineup garnered strong recognition from visitors, sparking lively on-site inquiries and discussions.
