Deepening China-Africa Technology Cooperation | Delegation from Nigeria’s National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) Visits Phoenicia

On February 26, 2025, a delegation from Nigeria’s National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) visited Shenzhen Phoenicia Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Phoenicia”) for an inspection and exchange.

This visit represented an in-depth exchange built upon an existing business cooperation between the two sides. The NASENI delegation paid particular attention to how Phoenicia, as a leading enterprise in the two-wheel EV swapping sector, leverages its self-developed Low-Speed Mobility Big Data Platform, smart swapping cabinets, smart BMS, and smart controller to create safe, efficient, and eco-friendly low-speed electric mobility solutions for 400 million users. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the adaptability of Phoenicia’s smart swapping system to Nigeria’s transportation scenarios, including how customized hardware and software, low-cost operations and maintenance, and rapid deployment can help upgrade Nigeria’s local transportation industry.

The NASENI delegation spoke highly of Phoenicia’s technology implementation capabilities, stating: “Phoenicia not only possesses globally leading technological R&D strength but also places great emphasis on the economic viability and practicality of its solutions. Its successful cases in China provide valuable experience for the upgrade of Nigeria’s national transportation infrastructure.”
